The Bridesmaid's Dress Saga Continues

Is it really that hard?

My dresses likely came in earlier this week, but they are sitting there, supposidly unopened, because the owner is the only one who can open the boxes and she is sick with the flu. She has been gone all week, apparently. I had the flu, and I was only gone two and a half days from work--and my job could go on without me.

At this point, I don't know what to do. I don't know if they are being purposely difficult because I turned them in to the better business bureau (yes, I am friggin' stupid. I should have waited but I was so damn angry)

I am thinking about calling my future sister in law and asking her if that is really the store's policy (for only the owner to open dress boxes). I will give it another day and then figure it out.
